Password issues

Hi kids,
I’ve been having password problems for months now. I’m wondering if the issue has to do with my iPhonexs. I use the keychain feature to so store the the website, I’d & password but when I sign in I get a message that my password is wrong. How can it be, when I check the keychain all the information is correct. I’m confused not to mention frustrated. Anyone ever heard of anything like this??

Sorry you are having trouble getting on to CWE. I reset your password earlier today (around 10:30am) and sent you an email. I'm not sure if that caused more confusion or if it helped, but if you are currently having trouble logging in with your main account (Jake), let me know and I will reset your password for you (again).

If your trouble is accessing CWE from your smartphone, are you trying to access the forum via the tapatalk app? I think that might have a separate login/password system. If your trouble is really logging in to tapatalk, you will need to contact them for support as I have no control over that.

Ive never used Tapatalk, I just go directly to CWE. I know you have better things to do than constantly reset my password but how about one more time.
I don’t understand why this new account works but not my original account. I had the same password too. Very curious.
