a couple of weeks ago on that really hot weekend we had i was begining to get really worried about my epilepsy i spent saturday in long eaton nottingham doing a bird of prey demo it was really hot,
come sunday i was in thoresby doing another show but i felt as if i was drunk tripping over the smallest pebble i just didnt feel as if i was all there some how, but it wasnt until monday when someone said i was suffering from heat stroke i really worked it out and was glad it was just heat stroke lol

Be very careful -- heat stroke can trigger seizures too. Make sure to stay hydrated.

I was out in the hot sun gardening, until the landscaper suggested I go inside. (He was smarter than me.) I promptly went inside, threw up and passed out. I've had auras, but no seizures -- throwing up every day since. :-(

I did not know this. It might explain yesterday's issues, though, when I spent most of the day in that 106 degree heat and started having problems after a few hours though :/

Rebecca never feels comfortable in the heat. She prefers the cold of the ice rink :ponder: This makes it hard to find a vacation spot, because I love the sun.
