I may be started on sodium valproatein next couple of days .... Im in hospital again :( got admitted on tuesday then discharged wednesday after a seizure then had a big seizure on sunday morn and got blue lighted to hosp again and admited again and im still in ...

Ive seem to notice they are worse during my period :(

But the drs have said it was a generalised seizure typical tonic clonic :( uh oh ...

Sorry you've been going through a bad patch Jade -- let the doctors (or regular neuro) know that you feel that the seizures are worse around your period. At least it will be in the record then, and you may eventually be able to discuss whether treatmen for catamenail epilepsy makes sense.

I hope you get to go home soon. How are you feeling otherwise?
 
I feel quite rough and im getting a black eye from where Ive cut my head and eye lid Im just fed up alot with all the hassle :( Ive sat and cried cause i don't know what else to do :(
They waiting for the on-call neurologist to assess me as they getting more violent and the injuries are gettin worse

Will you have someone with you to be there when you talk to the neuro? It might be a good idea. If you can, ask about the Sodium Valproate -- how quickly you ramp up on it, what side effects there might be, etc.
