I was recently diagnosed in Sept. Had 2 t/c's one in April and another in Aug..every 4 months it seems and with it being December...hmm. I'd like to think the meds would help regarding that.

Today I've felt way off, kind of like a hang over feeling. I had 1 glass of wine last night so I shouldn't feel hung over.

In the last 30 mins, my brain feels like its being squashed by my temples, and my jaw feels real tight too, its hard to open my mouth wide. My neck is getting a little stiff..

Any idea what this is? Related to epilepsy???

I dont like this feeling at all...gonna lay down I think.

Thanks 4 reading.

My neck and my feet/calves go stiff before I have a TC. And sometimes during my strong auras it starts for like a second and then stops.

Or sometimes it feels like I'm going to have a myoclonic jerk in, lets say my arm, and I can feel it tensing like its almost going to do it, then nothing happens.

Lye down and hopefull y your not alone right now.

Love and hugs
Rae

Wish I

could help ya with this one CathyAnn. Hopefully the feeling passes, and you're feeling better. My t/c's happen in my sleep, so I have NOOOO warning whatsoever....I wish I had SOME warning....I really DO HATE going to sleep....

It sounds like a tension headache. Maybe the wine or something from today has triggered it? Do what you can to relax. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks ladies.

I took a nap and now feel a bit better. No tension in my jaw and the headache has improved but still there a little.

Most importantly- ne seizures...
