I was going to put this in The Lounge but I wasn't sure.
This might be morbid...
Who has a Power of Attorney?
I'm really considering giving my best friend or my sister one because I have epilepsy. If I ever fell and my odds of survival were less than 50% I would want them to end it. But idk any other powers to give the individual, any thoughts?

A living will is a very good idea.

If you don't want to do that you might want to consider the person who you trust the most about what you want to have done. Let them know that no matter what they think or how they feel what you want to be done is what is to be done.

This is a good idea, but I'd think it over quite carefully first. Do you honestly feel that you're at such a high risk you need a living will at such an age?

Personally, I don't know anyone I'd trust enough to put in this position. Maybe (biiiig maybe) my mom, but I wonder.

Power of Attorney is something you need to think about carefully and the person you pick has to be somebody you trust to no end, when you give somebody power of Attorney it comes with obligations so you need to talk to the person you decide to give this power to. Power of attorney comes with its own powers, such as, Looking after your estate, distributing your assets and more any other powers you give are your own choice but personally I think that is enough power.
