I've had psychosis during a seizure (POE), is that the proper definition of someone who is psychic? Am I an actual psychic now?

Both terms refer to the psyche of the individual...
 
Psychosis is as closely related to the word psychic as it is to the word psychiatrist. Your psychosis is, in other words, as likely to mean that you're a psychic as it is to mean that you're a psychiatrist.
