I was doing just a simple task and pulled a muscle in my hip, now I feel the pain moving up my side/back.

Has anyone ever done this, and what do you do for it?

Pulled muscles are no fun. Basically all you can do is take some ibuprofen (to help with pain and inflammation) and use a heating pad. And def try to rest as much as possible.

Thanks, I doing all that, just hoping there was a more instant cure.

Now don't we all want that.

Oh yea would be nice. Hope it gets better soon. I know the feeling of wanting instant cures lol. I keep getting abscess in an awkward place, abscess are infections that form into big bumps, anywayz they get really sore and painful to where I am in tears until they finally pop and they take like 3 days to drain completely. Very annoying and recurring.

stand up straight when you're standing, and sit up straight - it helps the muscle groups in your hips and back to stay loose
also don't sit cross legged

OOOh, that sounds miserable. Do you get this often?

Started getting them when I was pregnant had them a lot. Like would get rid of one and 2 weeks later it would come back. Stopped getting them about a month before I had my daughter and now 4 months since my last one it came back.
