It is crazy now but you learn to cope with it, which at the best of times is not easy. Do not despair.

It just gets to be a part of your life after a while, and doesn't have to stand in the way of much.

Just try to help each other and there are plenty of people here so one of us must be able to help, we all go through it.

Thank goodness because right now I feel like I'm made of glass. I don't like the feeling and look forward to getting back to normal where I don't relate everything to the diagnosis. I feel a little like a hypochondriac. Until I'm on the right meds, I'm reminded every couple hours that I have E, but I'm looking forward to not thinking about it constantly. I'm looking forward to hearing something besides the ringing. And waking up to find things the way I left them :)

You will adjust, nobody said it was going to be easy for you and its not expected by anyone here. You are perfectly normal you have a medical problem which can be helped with medication. But finding the right medication is the hard part but it will happen. In the mean time stop beating yourself up as if everything is your fault its not. You do not have control over what happens.

I don't even know what to say except thank you, thank you, thank you. You hit the nail on exactly how I feel. And yes, I'm a control freak. ...one day at a time....

Do not thank me (I do appreciate it) but you put things together for yourself, just goes to show what you can do. Its like you said one day at a time. Your a good person give yourself a chance.

I guess I need to as my kids would say, "slow my roll". I tend to zip through stuff rather than process slowly.

:) ZEN :)
