do you ever get the feeling after a seizure that use of muscles that are sore from the seizure have a muscle>to>brain effect that seems to want to trigger a tonic phase?

I've experienced this a few times after the seizure I had three days ago. The pain is fading but has persisted in my groin and right quadricep. I've tried testing out my legs at different odd angles to see where the pain persists, but have found I need to stop because it'll feel like my legs start triggering an aura. I'm guessing it's probably just be the same neural pathway and it's still not happy, in spite of my muscles, so my tweaking around with it comes with a warning.

Pain can be a seizure trigger, so you want to avoid flexing the injured muscles. I hope you feel better soon. You might want to eat pineapple, and/or drink sour cherry juice -- both those things help reduce muscle inflammation and speed healing. (Marathon runners drink sour cherry juice before and after the race to minimize muscle damage).
