Hi Folks,

Here's wishing all of you well. I can sure tell that fall is here because the seizures are picking up just like they do every
yr. in the fall and winter. Now it's time to get out the bright lights to help stop them. I find it so strange how the lack of
serotonin triggers seizures for me. Have you ever noticed that you have more seizures at certain times of the yr.?
Thanks for your time and have a great day. Wishing you only the best and May God Bless all of You!

Sue

I often have one on my late Sister's birthday (early November), if that's what you mean.

Hi Plasticmask,

I'm sorry that you lost your sister and that you have seizures that time of yr. My Epileptologist told me to keep
track of my seizures for a few yrs. and he saw a pattern that I was having more seizures in the fall and winter compared
to the spring and summer. He told me I was having seasonal seizures and the reason why I have fewer in the spring and
summer is because there is more serotonin that time of yr. compared to the fall and winter when it gets dark out earlier.
He has told me to sit near bright light to help me. I wish you the best of luck and May God Bless You!

Sue
