Okay this has happened a lot lately after a shower, where I feel dizzy and disoriented and feel like my heart is pounding. I am surprised I haven't fell yet. I try to take deep breathes and calm myself, but the feeling stays until I eventually have a seizure. This is odd and I hate it. But, is it actually seizure related or does the rapid heart rate possibly just bring on a seizure?

Perhaps you could try to figure this one out. Why not keep a journal and attempt an assortment of alternative therapies. Not rely on breathing alone, as that does not seem to be working. Calming music possibly, ice pack (or rinse off with cold water), taking showers at different times of the day, magnesium oil rubs after the shower, ... I am sure there are more options just not able to think of them just now.

My thoughts would be what is the connection to the shower. Is it heat?

I'm not sure its the same temperature it usually is

Try turning the water temperature down. Heat -especially humid- can cause all your vitals to surge. The sudden change in temperature....up/down/up going from a room temp. to a hot shower to a cooler room after can throw your body out of balance and cause havoc (that's why firemen often end up with heat stroke after crawling around in a burning building, why athletes can get it after a demanding competition in hot or humid weather, or many people -especially elderly who's "internal thermostat" isn't as good anymore.
I was at a gym one time when I made the mistake of going in the hot whirlpool then into a cool shower and back in the hot water a few minutes later. I ended up starting to have a major seizure within A MINUTE after being in the hot water again! (I've got plenty of warning to get out & lay down on the floor)
Things like this can throw anyone's body out of balance, but it can be a lot easier for our bodies to do so given the fact that our systems are more sensitive already.

Okay, I've enevr had problems before, but I suppose after all them bad seziures last week I could be even more sensitive then I was.

Keppra makes me dizzy sometimes and in turn the heart pumps with the adrenaline. It may just be the side effect. It comes and goes. Especially happens when I'm looking up at this screen.
