Coming back from the shops – had beenthere for a n hour. 7pm
Walking to the parking lot, i felt suddenly tired and then I felt sick, then REALLY sick like I thought I would properly vomit, so i wound down the window and my stomach was churning. bit of a headache and i started laughing randomly.
Five to ten minutes aftrer ( driving in the car)my right arm struck out and hit mymum who was driving completely randomly I had no control whatsoever; then a wave of serious confusion, joy/ euphoria very very confused and depersonalised and out of my body – mum said to get some water – but I could barely do it. 3 mintutes after my arm struck out – my mum said my face went very pale and blue round center of face especially round my mouth; and she could see this through my foundation and makeup! I was also biting my tounge slightly. Could this be a seizure? I also had some zoning out and falling sideways / slight swaying and later the eveing my arm started waving and I was zoning out and my head lolled to the side.
HELP!

Sorry, how scary. Welcome to CWE. Please make sure to see a doctor right away. The best advice I got here was to start a journal. Write down anything you can remember that was unusual about the day and what you did that day, everything you remember right before it happened, and the events (including times, your feelings, how your body felt) in detail. It will be really helpful because we often forget the details when asked. Its also hard to put into words, but I think you did a great job of explaining it. Again, make an MD appt as soon as possible. And keep us informed.

Hi gal109, welcome to CWE!

I agree with the others, get to a doctor soon, and make a note of any unusual circumstances, stresses, sensations that you've been having or are continuing to have.

Best,
Nakamova
