My seizures suddenly worsened about 3 weeks ago. I went from having almost none to having 15-20 a day. So I went to my neurologist nearly 2 weeks ago, and they bumped my Lamictal up from 600 mg. to 800. She said it would take about a week to have any effect but it could take 4 weeks to have the full effect.

About 4 days later, I started having less and it continued to get better up until a few days ago. Now I'm having about 7-10 a day.

Do you think I should call the dr.? I don't want to bother her since she said it could be up to 4 weeks, but it worries me that it's getting worse again after I was doing so well.

It never hurts to call -- I say go ahead and let your neuro know what's going on.
