Didn't know where else to post this. If it's not in the right place, feel free to move it. *shrug*

So I guess the saga isn't over. *siiighhh* I just got tested for Irlen Syndrome (positive, but it's a learning disability so no worries) and I told the diagnostician (the best doctor I've had, and he's not even a doctor) about my migraines and PNES and he said Helen Irlen, the woman who started Irlen institute, might be interested in having me as a test subject. >.> Whatever that means.

I still haven't gotten the actual referral for the CT test. They said the doctors had given them the wrong approval code. No worries, I'll just sit tight waiting for my symptoms to get REALLY bad.

*sigh* I'm not really worried, more like disappointed. I'm really glad I got what I need to deal with Irlen syndrome, but the rest is... meh.

Wow, I've had a learning disability all my life but nobody could tell me what it was. Reading a bit on the symptoms of Irlen syndrome really seems to coincide with the symptoms I have.

I'm so glad you posted that update as to how you're doing. Please keep us updated.

Also..... In case you hadn't noticed I did move you to the kitchen which is more fitting for this thread.
