Would someone describe what their nocturnal simple and/or complex partials are like? I have them during the day and am wondering about night time.

Thanks,
Susan

Mine are the same as day. No one has witnessed them during the night so im not sure what they look like. I can just say how it feels. When i wake up at the end of one i have no idea where i am, i am exhausted, have that feeling that is so hard to describe but i usually just roll over and go back to sleep. If i wake up at the start of one it is the same as the day ones. I get a funny feeling and i can't move. I black out and wake up again. Have memory problems too. Its hard to know all that happens due to the memory loss but for me it feels the same. I have woken up with one side jerking but thats really rare for me. If i dont wake up at all i feel like crap in the morning, really tired, a funny feeling in my head and it takes me a while for my coordination and balance to be ok. I have stairs and i often struggle to get down them, cant seem to put my foot right. I feel off all day. Feels like i did not even sleep at all.

Hope that helps :) They are really hard to describe.
