I know I've brought this topic like nineteen times (literally twice?). But how much do you sleep? Because I have epilepsy and I think exhaustion is my main trigger. So sleep helps. But I'm taking cannabis daily to sleep and I may be sleeping too much, nearly 12 hours, about 11.

Hi finalpoet,

I also use cbd and I get at least 6 hrs. of sleep during the week but I often doze off after work for at least 2 hrs. after I use the cbd, so I would say at least 8 hrs. of sleep if not a little more each day helps me. Here's wishing you only the best and May God Bless You!

Sue

I average 8 hours, a little less when it gets sunnier out.

I usually sleep around 9 hours a night and I take a 2 hour nap in the after noon. If I don't get enough sleep I'll usually have a seizure within the next few days. If I have a seizure I'll usually sleep more the next day.
