I wanted to know if anyone else gets small twitches or jerks. For me they're usually in an arm or shoulder. It's only one at a time, not a constant one right after another. There can me minutes, hours or days between them.
 
Yeah, happens to me from time to time. Sometimes it happens when I'm falling asleep, and I wake myself up because it is typically a pretty hard twitch or jerk. If it happens while I am fully awake, it's usually arm or shoulder. I'd say for me it's pretty rare that it happens when I'm fully awake though.
