I wanted to know if anyone else gets small twitches or jerks. For me they're usually in an arm or shoulder. It's only one at a time, not a constant one right after another. There can me minutes, hours or days between them.

Yeah, happens to me from time to time. Sometimes it happens when I'm falling asleep, and I wake myself up because it is typically a pretty hard twitch or jerk. If it happens while I am fully awake, it's usually arm or shoulder. I'd say for me it's pretty rare that it happens when I'm fully awake though.

I'm battling an issue with the back on my right side. I get pain between the shoulder blade and spine. Occasionally (like several times a day), muscles in the area will start spasming randomly and it is very annoying.

Bernard, I get that pain in the shoulder blade area sometimes too. One trick I learned is to take a tennis ball (or better yet a solid rubber ball you can get from a physiotherapist) and put it against the wall. Then you can lean into it and roll the ball around where the pain is, to help release the muscle group. It's painful, but it works. Kind of like a self massage. Can't say I've ever had my shoulder muscles twitch on me, but that makes sense.

I was having problems with my right shoulder blade. Any time I'd turn the upper part of my body or head to the right it would hurt really bad. I went to a chiropractor and I found out I had a herniated disc. He did spinal decompression treatment and after a little over 2 weeks I was feeling better. I'm seeing him on a regular basis and I'm having no problems. Let me know if you want to know more about this.

I see a local chiro sometimes. I'm pretty sure my current issue is not something he can help with.
