:woot: Congrats :woot:

You are amazing!!! I know this isn't an easy thing to do. I quit almost seven years ago and it was the best thing I could have ever done. I'm proud of you

You can do it Skilly!....

I quit snuff-dipping (yeah, I know...it's gross) COLD TURKEY after doing it for 20 years......and haven't gone back.

It can get hard but remember this...falling off the wagon ONCE isn't that terrible as long as you drag yourself back on it. It's STAYING off the wagon that's the killer. Don't let a slip or two, or three, or whatever, get in your way.........you're doing GREAT.

What is it now?...3 cigs/day as opposed to 12/day? That's 1/4 of the OLD Skilly's monkey from where I'm sitting!

GREAT JOB!!!--KEEP IT UP!!!!!

PS. I quit the snuff 13 years ago!....now the sight and smell of it nauseates me on many different levels.

*chuckle* Speber, you want to know the funny thing? Now that I'm down to 3 a day, I can tell which one of my students have been smoking or grow up in houses with parents that smoke....you can definitely smell it on the clothes. :)

I know you can do this......

If you've made it this far, you can certainly finish it off. I'll be thinking about you and sending healthy waves and hugs to you....----LMT
