I woke very early yesterday and immdediately felt something (a pressure or ache but not painful) rise in the back of my head. My eyes starting shaking sideways and I couldn't focus on a single spot and I felt as if I was swaying. This didn't last for long (I'd guess around 40 seconds).
Since then I've had some semblance of the feeling that preceded the eye shaking (at the back of my head) and felt subtly dizzy. It's quite slight but constant.
I've been sedent and generally had a fairly unheathly lifestyle for a while now. Not enough healthy food, exercise and such.
Could this be some form of epilepsy? what's the likelyhood of the dizzyness or pressure in the back of my head subsiding?
thanks for any insights.
(I'm 23 by the way)
