I have found that spinach extract does indeed help control my appetite but after doing some research it seems that spinach is one food to avoid while taking the prescription medication I am currently using as it can interfere with absorption. Does anybody know anything about this ?

Hey Tinkerbell --

I responded to your PM. For those who are curious, below is the link about foods that might interact with Dilantin:

Supplements can be a bit tricky because they aren't regulated in terms of what they contain. Always a good idea to let your doctor know if you are taking any supplements, and proceed with caution if you decide to start taking one.

Spinach extract would put me off food permently.i sorry but it sounds gross.Would not easier just eat spinach as it comes.
