I feel really groggy today, headaches, achy muscles ect... just wandered if anyone had knew how i could stop thi and hopefully sleep better :) thankyou

hello l0vegokwann

No wonder you are tired and have headaches :(

I have had this and magnesium helped reduce it for me,

Lack of magnesium can cause you to grind your teeth, or other nutrient shortages…suggest you do some research on magnesium, promotes sleep too...would do no harm to get your vit and mineral levels checked if at all possible...

Haha yeah a month of getting around 4-5 hours sleep a night hasn't been too fun :L no i haven't i never knew that :) you learn something new everyday lol is possible as ive lost my appetite a lot and have lost 6 kg in about 2 months (won't complain though have lost weight at christmas rather than gaining it lol) what is bruxism? thankyou

I have always done this. I thought I needed a lot of dental work done, When I went to my DDS. he said the I was girding my teeth. DDS made me a mouth pcs. that didn't work. Try the ones at the drug store.

I now have TMJ from this. Hope you find a way to get this matter under control before it's gets that bad.

Bruxism is the medical term for grinding of the teeth or clenching your jaw. My ex used to do that all the time due to stress from being a pilot. The dentist made him a special mouth piece to wear during sleep. Make sure you don't have any ear disorders or TMJ. Relax, eat healthy, and get your sleep.

I grind my teeth and it contributes to my migraines. I take magnesium also and it has helped tremendously. Studies have shown that people who get migraines often having lower magnesium levels in their blood at the time of the headache.

I'd try it! I take this stuff called Migra-Clear Ultra.

I think it may have just been a one off thing as i didn't do it last night :) but now i keep getting my legs and arms going numb... think i prefer the teeth grinding lol, the migraine tablets are a no go for me as the last time i had some i ended up having a severe allergic reaction, hope everyones had a good new years :)

Have just come down with the flu and have my widsom teeth coming through think that may have been the reason for the teeth grinding and feeling so groggy, thankyou everyone

That's awful :( I'm sorry. I don't know what I'd do without it. Seeing a chiropractor has helped tremendously, though!

Now MY wisdom teeth feel like they're coming in!! My right upper is just aching! They must have gotten the idea from your thread! ;)

Hope you're doing better!
