Does anyone have this problem? Unfortunately I bite my hands or fingers that has nothing to do with my seizures. I'm thinking possibly the medications that I take that could be the cause.

Hope everyone is good or doing better!
 
Yikes! I bite my tongue and the insides of my cheeks which hurts like hell but I've never bitten any extremities.
 
I have some bad habits. I think some meds have the potential to effect habits and ticks. Some are harmless, but others can be destructive. Many times I think the habit will originate without the medicine and can get worse. Is this something that may have started before the meds or do you KNOW it started after?
