Ok, just read somewhere that someones was too do with inflames adenoids - if i read this right, i had this had them removed aged 12

I was also an extremely clumsy child and a proper tom boy

Accident age 3 - dropped down two sets of concrete stairs in my buggy - we lived in a flat head injury

Serious accident coming off my bike wacked my head
Again with the bike

Last august when i believe i had my first one - unsure - was chucked down stairs at a nightclub, that night im sure i had a seizure

Now would neuro need too know about all these times, and any sebsequent ones ill be able too remember if i think hard enough

i think its best you do say something as they may find out a reason why you are having seizures faster and give you the help you need

hmm, was just wondering dont want too overwhelm him i guess, really dont know what too say too him at all, might just go in chuck the diary at him say nothing, i aint a very good talker lol

all you have to do is tell him you have fallen a couple of times and you have written it all down. then hand him the diary to look at. see what he says and then take it from there

When I go into my neuro, I like to make a list of topics/questions to be discussed with my seizure diary in graph and text since I was last seen. In my perspective it would be eaiser as a doctor to scan this sheet of paper and understand what this patient would like to focus on. So often my train of thought starts to meander when I talk and those list of topics are not covered if I don't bring the paper in. I like it best when I just hand the paper over to the doctor at the start of the appointment.
It wouldn't hurt to have a possible cause for your seizures. I think I have a few probable causes with genetics being the most probable, then my head concussed a few times, and then vitamin b anemia.

It can't hurt to let the doc know about anything in your history that might be related. The neuro can help determine if the connection is important or not. While it's nice to know a cause -- and head injuries are a likely factor -- it ultimately may not be relevant when it comes to treatment.

Don`t really think im looking for a cause as such, im just one of them people that like every little detail answered and every aspect covered i guess

Me too -- it think it's good to get as much info as possible and to be over-prepared for the appointment. The last time I saw a doctor, he sighed a bit when he saw my clipboard full of questions, but he also said he appreciated it because it made good use of our time together.

just unsure what too ask really, im sure ill pick CWE`s brains bit closer too the time, 3.5 weeks away yet, not sure really wjhat too ask, most importantly out of this meeting i guess is MRI results, and what seizs ive had since a few weeks ago
