No fish oil supplements are a huge waste of money...it's been scientifically proven...the only supplement I take is a whey protein that has added essential vitamins and minerals for lean muscle growth...it also has a little bit of fiber which is always a good thing! I workout A LOT so I eat A LOT of food/consume A LOT of calories to grow...mostly lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats...but you can get A LOT more Omega-3 absorption by eating 4 oz of fish (preferably salmon) than you can by taking those nasty pills/capsules...
