Lol well I just gave up exercising with weights...found out it does more harm than good (in the long run)...plus it's not really my main goal...which is to stay healthy with lean muscle mass...I just want to get ripped and toned not shredded and bloated...so I do a high intensity workout...a mix of calisthenics/cardio...plus it's more fun in my opinion...
All you really need is a good diet...exercise plan...and enough sleep...the hardest part is staying consistent because there are some days when you don't want to do **** or just feel like crap...oh well you do what you can
oh and bad backs run in my family so lifting heavy weights really isn't the best option for me lol
