Yep I did my washing last night and hung it out thua morning

Nope, been eating healthy for almost 12 months (with guidance from dietician). Used to eating healthier now that I don't like the food I was tempted to eat before lol

Tpbm is going to get something to eat soon. Neatly dinner time

I went over to my old town, which is only a 5 min drive but takes a lot longer to walk. I was going to get the bus but decided to walk it instead :roflmao:
Took me over a little over an hour to walk (over 10,500 steps just walking to my old town) but was a nice walk (the walking tracks around here are nice).
