Don't really eat "salad"...but I eat plenty of nutrient packed food with lots of greens and protein and fruit and nuts and all that good stuff...fuck lettuce though...that stuff is worthless...it's just water...you're better off using spinach or kale :)

I did feel the need to explain the whole classiness of the Vimto then found this video on you tube which spoke more eloquently than I could!



But surprised you don't have blackcurrants, they kinda like a blueberry but much, much tarter.

Sickies I don't think I have ever thrown one suffering as I do from presenteeism.
