Nope, feeling ok.

TPBM - is going to workout today.
 
I did back/bi's yesterday...I'm on the bike right now on high resistance/moderate speed for 30...then I'm going to do some stretching/Yoga...

and nope...I have a "super nose" as my wife has told me I can smell things from lightyears away...metaphorically speaking :)



Is nimble and quick and can jump over candle sticks...

Well, since it's technically Tuesday and that would make tomorrow Weds, then yes! My son has an appt with his dermatologist. So yes. Wait, no. Ha ha I thought you said tomorrow not today.

Tpbm is a little slow on the uptake lol.
