Hah! 6 pack is long gone. Too many tummy surgeries over the decades. I do natural workouts like walking, hiking, swimming, and surfing.

(Hawaii 50 was a very popular tv show back in the 70s that has recently had a remake. It's allegedly a crime drama but mostly its appeal is gorgeous bodies in skimpy clothing.)
