No, no. I'm not talking about Christmas (like all of the retail stores 🙄). This weekend is the end of DST. I don't have MORE seizures whether it's DST or not. However, with the clock changing a complete hour (now backwards), I will most certainly have a few more seizures within the next few days (possibly some tomorrow). Whether we fall back or spring forward it doesn't matter. Just the time change throws my entire clock off and everything else that goes with it. Not to scare anyone, back I think they say it causes more heart attacks and car accidents than normal. Thankfully that usually applies to losing an hour of sleep in the spring. I don't care if it's DST or not. Just keep it the same!!

Rant over 😊

Hi Army Vet,

Just like you I have more seizures during DST and my Epileptologist told me it was do to the lack of serotonin so if you
are interested try sitting around bright lights and see if that helps you. I know it helps me much more. I dread this time
of yr. if I had my way we would go from spring to summer and there would be no fall or winter. I don't care for the cold
weather and the snow.
Wishing you only the best and May God Bless You,

Sue

Hello Darkness, my old friend. Soon you’ll be here at 4pm.

As a kid, I hated this so much- possibly because all my watches and clocks were manual and I had to do it all by hand

Sometimes (actually quite often!), I'd forget then wake up wondering what the time is

Now all my stuff is automated. I have one manual clock now, I think. Everything else does it itself

It's still annoying but at least I am no longer completely clueless
