I started drinking decaff coffee, I can't tell the difference. I know I can't give up the coffee either. My neuro said it was ok to have the coffee but to have the decaff

Caffeine's great, but I gave it up this year and it was much harder than I thought. Now I have a little occasionally, but I'm happier without it.

Alcohol was easy to quit. Much less addictive for me than caffeine.
