Mr E- for us older folks, drinking a lot of water won't help us sleep, quite the opposite. We would be up all night long having to go p. :p

Just drink a lot of water throughout the day and you should be fine :p

Well can i eat peanut butter sandwiches or cereal at night?
And by cereal i mean something like Fruit loops or bran(which both have sugar)

You can eat whatever you want, unless you have some sort of dietary issue like diabetes or cholesterol problems. Why do you feel you need to ask others what you should eat?

I've not been eating right & started drinking Almased. I seem to feel better. I guess it's because I'm getting the right nutrients now. Maybe you could drink one of those early in the evening & it would fill you up before bed.

Ummm NO! Stay away from gluten and processed junk! Never ever ever ever even think about eating that junk EVER AGAIN AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY! It shouldn't even be a joke in your life...eat REAL fresh and natural foods and you'll be much healthier/happier (of course that is that just my opinion...in reality you can do whatever you want)

However I believe natural peanut butter is okay...just make sure the ingredients only say PEANUTS and THAT'S IT! Anything else is garbage...you're better off having it with some fruit like an apple or banana...but I wouldn't eat fruit late at night though...be smart...treat your body like you want it to treat you...you are what you eat...calm your mind...open your heart...free your spirit :)

Just wanted to inform you that switching to alternatives such as apartame may or may not be good for you depending on the way you look at it.. The research is complex, and there are different conclusions on it.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/...rie+Predictive+Relations+in+Energy+Regulation

"These results suggest that consumption of products containing artificial sweeteners may lead to increased body weight and obesity by interfering with fundamental homeostatic, physiological processes." This study was done in rats of course, so...

http://goaskalice.columbia.edu/do-diet-colas-increase-appetite

"If you find that the diet soda makes you hungrier when you're having it with a meal, consider whether your meal is filling. Substitute water for the diet soda and see if you feel the same way. If you're still hungry afterwards, then you need to re-work your meal. Either way, it's a good idea to cut down on the diet soda. Try water or seltzer with a spritz of juice for added flavor instead. Better yet, some milk or juice may help to fill you up and provide some valuable nutrients."

I love diet soda, but even with it I seem not to be losing weight despite being on a diet... I reduced it, and seems like I lost about 7lbs of at least water weight (could be sodium?) Anyway, the research varies, so switching to it is a bad idea... Instead, eat fruit like kiwis and so forth! I love them. :P It's your choice of course.

Lol it's funny how we all have different opinions but all still have opinions...

I had indigestion last night...

No Sugar anytime

I cannot eat sugar or gluton anymore. I've found that they are added causes for my own seizures. So when I have cravings a yummy anytime desert. Brown Rice cakes smothered with some cream cheese or pbar and sliced frozen strawberry's are simple, healthy, inexpensive and so yummy.
If you like you can use stevia instead. It comes in liquid or powder form. It is natural and wonderfully sweet. Try a cup of plain yogurt, with a few drops of liquid stevia, sliced almonds, and sliced fruit. So good and healthy, need I say more?

Indeed :D

You could try a protein bar, as that will keep you fuller for longer :).

True...I've always wanted to make my own but I just never got around to it...I'm actually eating quest bars in between meals :p

Cliff Builders bars are very good. They are all natural ingredients, contain loads of vits too, so are a much better alternative to a chocolate bar /biscuits etc. Have a look online. :)
