Just drink a lot of water throughout the day and you should be fine

Not necessarily. You just wait till you hit 40.![]()
I'm 30 and I get up to pee a bunch. Am I screwed for the future Cathy?
Well can i eat peanut butter sandwiches or cereal at night?
And by cereal i mean something like Fruit loops or bran(which both have sugar)
I cannot eat sugar or gluton anymore. I've found that they are added causes for my own seizures. So when I have cravings a yummy anytime desert. Brown Rice cakes smothered with some cream cheese or pbar and sliced frozen strawberry's are simple, healthy, inexpensive and so yummy.
If you like you can use stevia instead. It comes in liquid or powder form. It is natural and wonderfully sweet. Try a cup of plain yogurt, with a few drops of liquid stevia, sliced almonds, and sliced fruit. So good and healthy, need I say more?
You could try a protein bar, as that will keep you fuller for longer.
