Twitching Eye

Yesterday I was leaving home for my church. I was getting ready to share at two different services about an upcoming humanitarian trip I am taking, but I don't like talking to large groups. When I started driving away my right eye started twitching and partially freezing and kept doing it off and on until I finished my second talk. My eye was sore even this morning from the twitching.

I wore my purple day shirt and made sure I took my meds before I left. I have had an intermittent bad habit of missing either my morning or evening medications. I don't do it often but I still miss meds on occasion.

I guy I knew died from a brain aneurism during his church service so the last thing I really wanted is to have anything go wrong. When you don't know what triggered you seizure(s) it can make me nervous at times in stressful situations.

Do you think the eye twitch was stress-related or seizure-related?

My epilepsy clinic director thinks it's primarily stress related. Stress seems to be a trigger for my muscle jerks. I'm trying not to over examine things or become oversensitive to possible side effects or other things. It was just one of those mornings. My eye hu4t a bit the next day and my left jaw could have used an ice pack.
