I'm going in for video EEG next week which I haven't done since I was back in about 2000. Back then they took me off all meds for two weeks, and I was completely bedridden as far as I remember.

I'm guessing technology has moved on in the in intervening seventeen years. I'm sure the computers will be smaller. I hope they will not take away my meds as this resulted in my first tonic clonic last time.

Do they still do this with the meds does anyone know?
 
It depends on why the EEG is being ordered, you would have to ask your doctor to find out if this is the case.
 
Well I probably won't be able to be able to get hold of anyone. I'll just have to wait and see.
