Just two questions.
What are you most thankful for this year?
What are your plans for Thanksgiving?
I know this only applies to those of us in The U.S. Canada has already had theirs. Germany has a thanksgiving-like festival. Everyone in here from europe, asia, and australia has probably heard of thanksgiving. It's the day where we give thanks for all the blessings in our lives, and eat until we have to undo our pants.
I'll start. I'm thankful that I finally know what all those weird things were that were happening to me (seizures), and that I'm receiving treatment. I'm grateful for Lamictal. I'm thankful for all the people I love. I am thankful for all the great people in this forum, and for the forum itself.
Thanksgiving day I'm going to a relative's house. She decided to have all her branches of family over for a big meal. How she's going to fit them all in her house I have no idea. We are all bringing extra portable tables and chairs. I think this is going to be a 3-turkey event, for a total of 60 lbs of turkey-eating fun! (Or Tofurky, as the case may be) I am making stuffing, gravy, and rolls for an army! This is a bit of a departure for me. Usually on thanksgiving morning I serve food to the homeless, then in the afternoon have a small dinner with immediate family. This is going to be really different!
