I'm sorry you're going thru this but glad you still want to do things. I know how it feels when our head hits objects like chairs before ever hitting the floor.
The only thing I would add is, I clean my floors & lower tables actually sitting in the floor with a damp cloth or whatever you want to use. I figure not as much damage if you have a seizure. Good luck!
