I feel horrible, My seizures have started again. I have also started sleep walking, I would have told anyone that I have never that this problem, until I woke up to all my dresser drawers open and all the bath room cabinet doors open.

I changed my meds times, from 2:00AM & PM, to 10:00AM and PM.
Since I was taking my Dilantin at 10:00PM, I stopped taking the magnesium, melatonin, and 1/2 of Ibuprofen. I had added these 3 one at time, trying to find something to help me sleep. So when I changed Dilantin time, I stopped them because I felted to drugged NO ENERGY.

This might not make any sense, I

oh jyearta, I am so sorry :(

I wonder if all the mentioned changes are causing the breakthrough? Maybe it will take a bit of time to settle....does that mean you planned to stop magnesium, melatonin altogether?

melatonin can be screwy I've heard

I'm sorry they're back

my last day after sucked- several days

just keep in mind it hasn't changed you and you'll be back! it was hard for me to keep tht in mind last time.
it's hard to plod through daily steps pretending nothing is wrong but feeling like half of your brain is gone (not to forget the kicked-in-the-nuts sensation too).

breathe deeply and focus if you get flustered
it helps me when I get the hopelessness feeling

remember calcium and vitamin D also. phenytoin can mess with them, and they're both good for neurons.
sounds like you might be deserving some Häagen Daas.

don't forget to treat yourself to something nice

maybe your seizures just needed one last one for 2012
it is the new year after all
but careful if you had any champagne planned or anything

peace and love

So sorry your seizures have returned. Maybe try adding back in the magnesium? It shouldn't be causing any side effects in terms of fatigue, and can potentially help.

Thanks guys.

I knew I hadn't had this many seizures in 2 years.

I just found my problem (I seem to cause my problems)

I just to full up all my meds. pack and found I had not only cut the magnes. and the others out but I forgot my Clonazepam at 10:00pm also.

I feel so stupid I know how important to keep meds. right and on time.

le phew....

hoping you get back to seizure freedom real soon..

time for a decent pill box...

Please don't feel stupid, we all miss our meds from time to time. I'm so glad that you've figured out what happened, hope you get back on track soon.

I am so glad you have figured it out. Do not feel stupid, remember last September when I returned from Japan and I could not figure out how to go backwards with my pills, and after it was all said and done it seemed so obvious to me too, after some very kind CWE friends helped me through.

Now you can start the year out right!. Happy New Year and take care.
