At first I was tired. I don't remember or feel like I have any side effect because I've been on it so long. I do get Keppra Rage if I take too high of a dose. I think I also was a little middy at first but that went away.
 
Tired.... really tired all the time. I did notice some grumpiness for the first couple of months but it tapered off.
 
Are you asking about side effects while taking Keppra, or about withdrawal symptoms after ending Keppra (as is in the title of your thread)?
 
I got really tired, then paranoid and then I attacked my sister.
I also had hair thinning and weight gain.

Needless to say I was admitted to hospital and taken off them cold turkey due to the violence.
