This past week and weekend have been the worst so far. My wonderful cat became sick and I spent 4 nights up with her. Trying to go to work on those days proved to difficult and seizure after seizure came on. Then Friday, we had to say good bye to Wendy. We had her since she was 6 weeks old, and she was 17 when she passed. I know a lot of people think cats are terrible, but I think they would see them differently if they had known her. I am trying work today, so fingers crossed that I can make it through seizure free. First time for me to have them during the day as well as night time. Rest in peace Wendy :crying:

condolences to you and yours. Cats are such sweet animals--well, most of them. (I've known a few nuts.)

RIP Wendy.
 
I was never big on cats until I had one of my own. I think he was my biggest and friend at that point in my life & it was painful to see him go.

Sorry about your loss.
 
I'm so sorry huskymom, hope you feel better soon, and get a good night's sleep. My aunt and one of my best friends both just lost cats, and it is tough for them right now.
 
I am a HUGE cat lover and understand your pain. My cat, Kermie, died last August of kidney failure.

I've since gotten 2 kittens, and though I love them to death, Kermie will always hold a special place in my heart. Hang in there, and maybe get another kitten?...it'll never take the place of Wendy, but she'd want you to be happy <3
