I seem to have I guess what could be considered night tremors. However, they have only happened to me for as long as I have had epilepsy. I have read that people are more likely to have night tremors while sleeping on their back and oddly enough when I have my night tremors about 7/10 times when I have them, I'm on my back. All i know is, they are freaky. You get incredibly scared, you hear things, you see things - yet you can't move. It's like a nightmare is coming to life and you have to force yourself out of the half-sleep that you're in. I have asked many people if they have these and they say no. Could this be epilepsy related or am I just getting a usual case of night tremors?
