Spent my 35th wedding anniversary in the ER Saturday, with chest pains. They were bad ones too. I was admitted overnight for observation and testing. So far the tests have ruled out any cardiac problems, save one more test in nuclear medicine which i do sometime this week
I did get flu and pneumonia shots. so I'm feeling like doo-doo right now. I am very surprised by the outpouring of concern by all the residents in my neighborhood. So many well wishers! Awesome! Even the kids trouped in to see me, must have been about 30 of them!
This hospital stay was the best I have ever had at Mike Callaghan Federal hospital. Quality of care was outstanding! Couldn't ask for anything better. One thing they did was pad the sides of the bed. I was kind of ticked about it because my E is under control, been 2 years, now. The only blemish, was the food! OMFG! when they brought in breakfast I thought i was going to hurl. OH PU! It created a nasty smell in the room. The powered eggs must have been made with God only knows. It was inedible. I was very happy my son brought me real food to eat.
