Hi, I was wondering if you had found out the reason for the joints pain while on Carbamazepine? I am on Tegretol 200CR, 700mg a day, and seem to have the same problem. I was looking on the web and found that Carbamazepine may cause drug-induced LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS. That has very similar symptoms with joints and muscle pain and fatigue. Just wanted to see if you were able to find the reason for your pain?

I didn't relise it was from tegretol but I too get knee cap pain and really stiff when I move
