even though I have had grand mal seizures for 28 years (not often) every one of my EEGs have come back clean. But then 28 years ago they also told me there was no such thing as genetic epilepsy too! (the doctor argued with me about it) even though 4 people in my extended family all have it!

Doctors are a dream but they and their tests are not always right listen to what your body is telling you

I learned some of my triggers, and try to avoid them. It is hard sometimes because it involves who I am hanging out with. So I have to skip social functions to avoid types of people that really get my blood pressure going for being totally oblivious to there surroundings and such. There are people that enjoy pushing others buttons and this happens to me most of the time. Also, I have to make sure i have eaten food as well.

but I also feel it is my flight, as in fight or flight so at the moment this decision arises my body goes in to flight mode and shuts down in a way.
