Wow, I relate. That is a really tough place.
I think my seizure activity is lessened. z AND I lost weight when I quit tobacco.
 
the biggest reason the girl is at a pack a day is because of stress, it is rare she finishes them, and will throw one away, then a few seconds later light one up because her hand is empty

My mother used to and the smell from that kind of put me off for life

I don't want to smell like that. Weird reason I know but there we go.
 
I've never smoked🤷🏾‍♂️ I'm not ashmatic, but I cough uncontrollably when someone does near me. I don't like it and I don't even seem to have the lungs for it hahaha
