When I read someting I can't remember what I have read. It started after I had my last seizure 3 months ago. Before that I had no problem with reading.
coffee---I also have ADHD, and drinking coffee DOES help me focus better, and keep that under control without taking any meds for it. I really don't think that I ought to be taking any meds for it anyway, considering.......I really prefer to have the seizures controlled.
