As Josie says, the feeling of fear/anxiety can be a kind of simple partial seizure. It doesn't always mean that a bigger seizure is on the way. Your neurologist may have meant that you shouldn't call unless it becomes a bigger seizure. I hope you took your regularly scheduled Dilantin dose -- not an extra one. It's a bad idea to take the Dilantin on an as-needed basis, or to double up on a dose.I feel scared, like something is going to come behind me, then the feeling is gone. I don't have a seizure. THIS went on all day, after I. called my Neur. and she don't call unless I have a seizure, I just took another Dilantin and the feeling stopped.
