Thanks for this -- it looks like the Flex2 and of the other devices that have the "PurePulse" (heart-rate tracking) feature can be problematic. They have a phrase on their legal page
https://www.fitbit.com/legal/safety-instructions that says that people with epilepsy should consult their doctors before using.

The Fitbit I have is an older pedometer model (no "PurePulse") and I only wear it on my waistband.
