I wasn't sure where to put this but it's about food so it belongs in the kitchen.

I'm in a wheelchair with basically one one hand so any ideas on what to make for lunch?

a crock pot roast beef can be made one handed. it takes 10 hours, but it cooks it self

Omelette need one hand and pit of arm on other hand stick bowl under arm pit whisk then pour in fry pan.better still by omelette maker..buy pre made pastry one arm roll then place in pie dish.blind cook then tin of ready made pumpkin Libby one open with disability tin opener and shove in blind cooked pastry..
Get the disability kitchen tools and cook anything
